Super Strong Metal Sub Frame
Hybrid extensions are more robust and structurally sound, thanks to a strong inner metal and steel support frame. Once insulation, plaster, and internal and external finishes are completed, the inner metal frame will be completely hidden. Traditional methods use breeze blocks for the inner frame, which are far inferior to the metal frame used in Hybrid Extensions. This superior construction is why we offer a 25-year guarantee.
Thermafleece Insulation
Hybrid Extensions feature 100mm King Span insulation on the external walls of the metal frame. Additionally, Thermafleece is installed between each of the metal panels in the walls, roof, and base. This results in an exceptionally well-insulated construction, offering double the insulation required by Building Regulations. The entire structure is also soundproofed, damp-proofed, and enclosed in a protective membrane, ensuring a cozy and over-engineered home extension.
