The full Hybrid Extension is delivered to our clients home address on suitable transport to ensure access to all roads and homes even if off grid. This ensures no delays as all materials arrive on the same day including all windows, doors and finishings.

With our unique smart bases there are options for all size and style of Hybrid Extensions. We ensure the base is fully insulated and damp proofed to outperform current building regulations by 35%.

The Hybrid inner shell is fully erected including any supporting steel as per the structural engineer report. All steelwork above bi-fold doors as well as where house walls are opened up is installed ready for the local authority building inspector by day 2.

We fully understand that rock wool is sufficient to pass building inspection but not where the Hybrid Extension is concerned. We install the very best Thermafleece wool insulation, without passing the cost onto the client. This ensures Hybrids vastly out perform current building standards yet again.

The thickest insulation on the market is used as well as Thermafleece for double the insulation required by regulations. Then finished off in plaster board ready for plastering for a stunning internal finish. All that is left to do is paint.

The Lantern Hybrid roof is our most popular, this allows light to flood in to the new room. Choose from spotlights around the pelmet or add speakers so you can enjoy music while you relax. These come with eco blue sun block so the room stays cool in summer and hot in winter.

A gable pitched Hybrid roof offers the feeling of height inside. A vaulted roof can make even the smallest Hybrid Extensions feel much larger. Add Velux roof lights for an even more luxurious feel inside with light flooding in.
